Platform Partner Agreement
Service: You are signing up as an independent operator ("Partner") on the Bin There Storage Guys platform. You will operate your own moving bin rental business under your own brand using this platform.
Territory: Service area zip codes are assigned on a first-paid basis. Free accounts may coexist in any zip code, but paid subscribers receive exclusive order routing for their claimed zip codes. Territory exclusivity is not guaranteed until you have an active paid subscription.
Commissions: Orders placed directly through your branded page earn you the full rental amount minus the platform fee. Orders routed to you from the main site earn you the rental amount minus the platform commission rate.
Payouts: Payouts are processed manually on a weekly basis for completed orders. A minimum balance of $10 is required to request a payout. You are responsible for providing accurate payment information.
Conduct: You agree to fulfill all orders you accept, maintain professional customer service, and comply with all applicable local laws and regulations for operating a bin rental business in your area.
Termination: Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Outstanding completed order earnings will be paid out upon termination.
Liability: The platform is provided "as is." Bin There Storage Guys is not liable for any business losses incurred by Partner operators.
